Focus Timer stores everything on your own computer. It has no server, no account, and it makes no network requests at all. It has no access to any website and cannot see what you browse.
On your device, in Chrome's local extension storage:
your labels, meaning the names and colours you create
one record per focus session: when it started, when it ended, how long it ran, which label you chose, and whether you finished it or stopped early
your settings: timer lengths, and whether breaks and chimes are on
Breaks are not recorded.
